KNR Construction

Expects a STO growth of about 10-15% for FY20


'KNR Construction hosted a conference call on May 31, 2019. In the conference call the company was represented by Jalandar Reddy, ED and Vaidkundanathan, VP Finance.

Key takeaways of the call

Order book as end of March 31, 2019 stood at Rs 4015.6 crore comprising of Rs 3842.1 crore in Roads sector, Rs 172.1 crore in Irrigation and Rs1.4 crore in others. Of the order book Captive HAM project is about 66%, about 17% is state Government and 17% is Central government.

The EPC order book of Palani (Oddanchatram), Chidambaram and Trichy-Kalgam together was Rs 1885 crore and that is not included in the order book. If that is also included the order book will be about Rs 5900 crore.

The company has bagged its 6th HAM project in TN i.e. Oddanchatram-Madathukulam, for which the company got LOI on 7th March 2019. The company is yet to sign construction agreement which will be signed soon.
