Highlights of the Concall

  • EPL announced a leadership transition, with Mr. Anand Kripalu set to retire at the end of 2025. Mr. Himanshu Bakshi will assume the role of Managing Director and Global CEO effective January 1, 2026.

  • The company delivered 11% YoY revenue growth, maintaining its double-digit momentum despite challenging market conditions while EBITDA increased by 16.1% YoY, with margins improving to 20.9%, a 91-basis-point expansion driven by operational efficiencies and improved mix.

  • Americas revenue grew 27.4% YoY driven by broad-based double-digit performance across all countries and particularly strong contribution from...
