'Morganite
Crucible (India) standalone net sales increased 6.18% to Rs 38.85 crore in
Q2FY23 compared to Q2FY22. Operating
profit margin has declined from 23.09% to 17.79%, leading to 18.22% decline in
operating profit to Rs 6.91 crore. Raw
material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) increased from
35.53% to 44.81%. Purchase of finished
goods cost fell from 2.52% to 0.45%.
Employee cost decreased from 12.10% to 9.63%. Other expenses rose from 26.96% to
27.77%.
Other
income fell 30.30% to Rs 0.23 crore.
PBIDT fell 18.68% to Rs 7.14 crore.
Provision for interest remained nil.
