Expects H2FY24 performance to be better than H1FY24

Rolex Rings held a conference call on 09 November 2023 to discuss the results for the quarter ended September 2023 and way forward. Mr. Manesh Madeka, Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Mihir Madeka, Whole Time Director (Marketing) and Mr. Hiren Doshi, Chief Financial Officer of the company addressed the call.

Highlights of the Concall

  • Ebitda margin was lower at 22% in Q2FY24 compared to 23% in previous quarter because of the change of some product mix towards some low value‐added processes.

  • New customers have added 7-8% to the topline in H1FY24

  • Segment-wise revenue mix between the bearing and auto component segment stood at 59: 41.

  • Geography-wise Domestic and export revenue mix stood at 54:46.

  • End user wise revenue mix in H1FY24 was PVs - 40.4%, Industrial - 22.5%, BEV/ Hybrid - 9.8%.

  • Rolex has started supply to German customers in hybrid PV segment and the volume ramp up would be visible in...
