'Consolidated net sales (including other operating income) of Siemens for the quarter ended Sep 2022 has increased 11.58% to Rs 4657.1 crore. Operating profit margin has jumped from 10.66% to 11.08%, leading to 15.96% rise in operating profit to Rs 515.90 crore. Raw material cost as a % of total sales (net of stock adjustments) decreased from 26.47% to 22.17%. Purchase of finished goods cost rose from 20.45% to 22.75%. Employee cost decreased from 11.33% to 10.54%. Other expenses rose from 30.67% to 33.17%. Other direct service cost rose from 21.25% to 21.33%. Other income rose 65.27% to Rs 102.8 crore. PBIDT rose 22.01% to Rs 618.7 crore. Provision for interest rose 88.57% to Rs 13.2 crore. PBDT rose 21.08% to Rs 605.5 crore. Provision for depreciation fell 6.01% to Rs 79.8 crore.
