Q2 FY26 EBITDA margin impacted by higher commodity prices

Subros hosted a conference call on Nov 10, 2025. In the conference call, Mr. P. K. Duggal- Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Hemant Agarwal-CFO represented the company.

Key takeaways of the call

In Q2 FY26, auto sector showed mixed performance. However, export performance was strong. The company achieved a revenue growth of 6% YoY in Q2 FY26.

Within CV segment, the company has grown around 4% YoY in H1 FY26.

Management highlighted that, GST rate cuts have provided stimulus to domestic demand from 22 Sept 2025.

In Q2 FY26, other income included Rs 13.4 crore from a government grant. Of this, Rs 3 crore is expected to be received annually as an ongoing incentive, while the remaining amount is one-time in nature.

EBITDA margin declined YoY in Q2 FY26, impacted by an increase in commodity prices.
