SBFC Finance

Progressing well


SBFC Finance is a systemically important non-deposit-taking, Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) classified under Middle Layer. It is focused on offering secured MSME loans and gold loans to entrepreneurs, small business owners, self-employed individuals, salaried and working-class individuals.

The company has continued to grow at a healthy pace with strong loan growth. Loan book end March 2025 was Rs 8747 crore, growth of 28% yoy and 7% qoq. It has also exhibited healthy disbursement growth at 7% yoy and 10% qoq to Rs 766 crore in Q4FY2025. The active loan accounts increased 33% on a yoy basis to 1.71 lakh end March 2025. The share of secure MSME loan book in the overall asset under management was steady at 83% and gold loans at 17% end March 2025. MSME book grew by 27% yoy and 7% qoq to Rs 7249 crore. The average ticket size (ATS) of secured MSME loans was Rs 9.49 lakh, gold loans Rs 0.94 lakh. The gold loan book of the company has jumped 14% qoq and 45% yoy to Rs 1...
