Dear Stakeholders,
It gives me great pride to share the achievements and transformative journey of our
enterprise over the past year. As custodians of Investors capital and stakeholder's
confidence, we continue to play a pivotal role in quality asset management— creating
safer, smarter, and more sustainable journeys for millions.
Creating and Preserving Value
Our value creation plan, this year focused on deepening operational excellence, and
leveraging technology for scale. At the same time, we strengthened our value preservation
framework thorough collaboration and constructive stakeholder engagements, by embedding
rigorous governance, compliance, and risk management protocols across the enterprise. Our
screening matrix for new bids closely looks at sustainability and emerging development
across India.
Technology, Safety & Innovation
Digitisation remained a key pillar in our transformation journey. The deployment of the
iSmart Tool, Vendor Portal, and AI-based predictive analytics have enabled smarter asset
management and preventive maintenance. We are proud to be the first enterprise in India
across road infrastructure enterprises to achieve ISO 39001 certification for Road Traffic
Safety, an Industry first. This is the first enterprise with six ISO certifications
accredited to us in the sector.
We have also made significant strides in reducing road fatalities through comprehensive
safety initiatives. Our collaboration with premier institutes like IITs is helping us
explore sustainable, alternative materials to reduce environmental impact.
People, Partnerships & Inclusivity
Our people remain at the heart of our success. This year, we saw nearly 80% improvement
in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) engagement initiatives.
Our strong collaborations and engagement with industry bodies, HOAI, BIA, and IRF and
long-term vendor engagement are helping us build a resilient ecosystem. Our new brand
identity was shaped by the aspirations of our road users, investors, bankers, strategic
advisers, and internal teams—truly making it a collective vision.
Performance & The Road Ahead
With AI-driven forecasting tools, enhanced asset management and all stakeholder
alignment and collaborations, we are better positioned for scalable and profitable growth.
Looking ahead, we will focus on four strategic priorities:
(a) Responsible and Sustainable Growth with adoption of ESG Scope 3,
(b) Talent Development,
(c) Financial prowess and
(d) Technology Integration & Compliance Excellence.
