With the above goal in mind, your Company has transitioned We have the expertise in
mass screening, diagnostics and healthcare sciences which are used by eminent hospitals,
healthcare professionals and government bodies.
We have incurred losses in the Financial Year 2020-21 in the object stated earlier
since the Incorporation of the Company. The Company has recently changed its Object and
entered in the industry of Healthcare with the experienced Board who are associated with
the Healthcare sector since many years. In the beginning phase, the performance of the
Company is not remarkable but I am sure we will grow and achieve the success the market.
