The aggregate of the remuneration as aforesaid in any financial year shall not exceed
the limit prescribed from time to time under section 196, 203 read with Schedule V and or
other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 (including any statutory
modifications or re enactment thereof, for the time being in force) or otherwise as may be
permissible by law.
"RESOLVED FURTHER THAT the Board of Directors be and is hereby
severally authorised to sign such documents or papers as may be necessary, file such
applications, forms and do all such acts, deeds and things as it may in its sole
discretion, deem necessary, proper, desirable to give effect to the above resolution"
