Notice is hereby given that the Twenty Third Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders
of ACKNIT INDUSTRIES LIMITED, will be held on Saturday, the 21st day of September, 2013 at
11.00 A.M at ‘Bharatiya Bhasha Parishad’ Auditorium at 36A Shakespeare
Sarani,Kolkata- 700 017 to transact the following business:-
ORDINARY BUSINESS
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Balance Sheet of the Company as at 31st
March 2013 and the Audited Statement of Profit & Loss for the Financial year ended on
that date together with the Reports of the Directors and Auditors there on.
2. To declare Dividend.
3. To appoint a Director in place of Mr. Manindra Kumar Nath, who retires by rotation
and being eligible offers himself for re-appointment.
4. To appoint Auditors and to fix their remuneration.
