Yashwantpur, Bangalore - 560 022 The Agenda for the meeting is given below:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the audited Profit & Loss Account for the year
ended 31st March, 2013 and the Balance Sheet as on that date and the Report of the Board
of Directors and Auditors thereon.
2. To Appoint a Director in the place of Sri G A Rego, who retires by rotation and
being eligible offers himself for reappointment.
3. To appoint Auditors and to fix their remuneration.
