Tenure
The appointment of Mr. Raghvendra Gopalrao Kulkarni as the Managing Director shall be
valid for a period of three year from 11/08/2018.
Remuneration:
Salary: Rs. 3,12,000/- p.a. with authority to the Board of Directors of the Company to
grant such increments as it may determine from time to time.
Sitting fees: As per Rule as may be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company.
