I am thrilled to address you in the 42nd Annual Report.
It gives me immense pleasure to share that Omax Autos Ltd has delivered a good
performance for the financial year 2024-2025. This year has been one of strong growth and
strategic progress on reflecting both our internal strength as well as steady momentum in
India's commercial vehicle sector.
Despite a dynamic global landscape and evolving industry challenges we once again
achieved sound results. We have achieved an EBIDTA margin of 14.39% compared to an 11.54%
in the previous year. Our growth was driven by increased demand for our products, enhanced
operational efficiency as well as the utilization of non core assets.
These results are a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and resilience of the
entire Omax team, as well as the trust and support of our valued customers, partners, and
shareholders. As we move forward, our focus remains on innovation, sustainability, and
scaling our global footprint. We are committed to driving the future of mobility with
advanced, reliable, and environmentally conscious automotive solutions.
