certain arms length transactions under third proviso thereto :

Premier Polyfilm Ltd. has not entered into any contract or arrangement or transaction
with its related parties which is not at arm’s length during the financial year
2017-2018.
2. Details of material contracts or arrangement or transactions at arm’s
length basis :
Not applicable, since the contract was entered into in the ordinary course of business
and on arm’s length basis.
