Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name 'Unified Data- Tech Solutions Private Limited' on May 08, 2010 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Thereafter, Company was converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company, and the name was changed from 'Unified Data- Tech Solutions Private Limited' to 'Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion to Public Company dated November 26, 2024 has been issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
Company is managed by the Promoters - Hiren Rajendra Mehta, Rajendra Kantilal Mehta. Hiren Rajendra Mehta is having an experience of 27 years and is playing vital role in carrying out the business of IT Infrastructure Services and System Integration and has been playing a vital role in formulating business strategies and its effective implementation.
