Established in 1985 as Virgo Polybags (P) Ltd, Virgo Polymers (India) established a factory at Maraimalainagar, Tamilnadu. The original promoters of the company were unable to bring in necessary finance to run the company viably. In Jun.'90, the present promoter - A Ramdass took over the company.
