| Initial public offer of upto 59,28,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Systematic Industries Limited ("the Company" or "the Issuer") at an offer price of Rs. The floor price is 18.50 times times the face value and cap price is 19.50 times of the face value of the equity shares.
