| Initial public offer of up to 31,69,200 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each (the "Equity shares") of hp telecom india limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 108 per equity share (including a securities premium of Rs. 98 per equity share) ("Issue Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 34.23 crores (the "Issue") of which 1,59,600 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.72 crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue".
