Initial public offer of upto 52,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Unified Data- Tech Solutions Limited ("the Company" or "The Offer") at an offer price of Rs. [*] crores ("Public Offer") comprising of an offer for sale of upto 52,92,000 equity shares by the selling shareholder ("Offer for Sale") aggregating to Rs.
