Initial public offer of upto 66.99,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of True Colors Limited (the "Company" or "Truecolors" or "Issuer") at an offer price of Rs.[*] per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. The floor price is 18.10 times times the face value and cap price is 19.10 times of the face value of the equity shares.
