| Initial public offer of 43,70,400 equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00 each (the "Equity Shares") of Acetech E-Commerce Limited (the "Company" or the "Issuer") at an offer price of Rs.112 per equity share for cash aggregating up to Rs. 48.95 Crores. The offer includes a reservation of 2,19,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 112 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 2.46 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Net offer of up to 41,50,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 112 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 46.49 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Offer".
